从系统效能评估的角度介绍了"幂指数法"的基本原理,分析了远程精确打击作战效能评估的内涵,讨论了远程精确打击作战力量的联合幂指数法,最后利用协同系数和作战指数建立了指数—兰切斯特方程动态效能评估模型。

From the view of systematic effectiveness evaluation, the basic principle of exponent is introduced, analyses the intension of long-range accurate attack operational effectiveness evaluation is analyzed, long-range accurate attack the joint exponent of operational strength is discussed, and finally uses joint and operational index to establishe index and Lanchester equation of dynamic effectiveness evaluation model.
