中国库蚊属9个亚属的支序分析 被引量:3

摘要 本研究以我国已知的库蚊属 9个亚属的形态学和生态学资料为基础 ,应用 Hennig86程序软件进行支序分析 ,探讨我国库蚊属 ( Culex)各个亚属间的系统发育关系 ,支序图分析结果表明 :我国库蚊属 9个亚属均为独立的自然类群 ,可稳定地分为两个同源类群 :第一类群为真黑蚊亚属 ( Eum)和族角蚊亚属 ( Lop) ,具有胸侧板无鳞簇、幼虫孳生环境单一等典型的祖征性状和雄蚊触须短等新征 ,属于比较古老的类群 ;第二类群包括新库蚊亚属 ( Nex)梅蚊亚属 ( Mai)路蚊亚属 ( Lut) ,库状蚊亚属 ( Cui)泰蚊亚属 ( Tha) ,包蚊亚属 ( Bar)和库蚊亚属 ( Cux)等 7个亚属 ,与第一个类群互为姐妹群 ,其中包蚊亚属和库蚊亚属具有雄蚊尾器构造高度复杂化的共有新征 ,属于最进化的类群。此外 ,文中还对真黑蚊亚属、新库蚊亚属、梅蚊亚属、库状蚊亚属和泰蚊亚属的分类地位进行了评述和讨论。 The present paper reports the results of a cladistic analysis of nine known subgenera of the genus Culex from China,namely Barraudius,Culex,Culiciomyia,Eumelanomyia,Lophoceraomyia,Lutzia,Maillotia,Neoculex and Thaiomyia. The 23 selected characters of larvae,pupae,females,males and ecology used in the study were analyed with Hennig86 program.The above characters were used by Chen(1987) and Qu(1994)in analysis of outgroup( Anopheles) and ingroups. The cladistic analysis showed that the 9 Subgenera of Chinese Culex contain 2 natural groups.The first group contains 2 subgenera: Eumelanomyia and Lophoceraomyia. It has plesimorphic characters including Lateral plate of thorax without pale scales patch,simpler larva breeding place,and short male palp,and belong to a less old group;The second group has seven subgenera including Neo/Mai/Lut/Cui/Tha/Bar/Cux. Among them the Bar and Cux have apomorphic character that the male terminalia is fairly complicated,and seem to be a higher evolutional species groups.The second group and the first group are regarded as a sister group.The results showed that the complicities of structure and features of male terminalia are main markers of differentiation degree of Culex species groups. The taxonomic positions of Eum/Neo/Mai by sirivanakam(1971) and Tha/cui by Harrison(1989)are also disscussed.
