摘要
本文对来自9所浙江本科高校的留学回国人员进行了问卷调查和个别访谈,从回国后的工作业绩、职业满意度、职业适应度等方面对浙江高校留学回国人员的使用情况进行了统计分析。结果表明,留学人员回国后,在各高校的教学、科研等方面都发挥了重要的作用;留学回国人员对收入及住房满意度最低,对同事关系和自身工作表现满意度最高;在职业适应度方面,不同的人遇到不同的困难,有不同的看法。文章据此提出了相应建议。
The paper makes questionnaire and individual interview on returned oversea personnels from 9 undergraduate colleges and universities in Zhejiang, and statistically analyzes the applying situation of re- turned oversea personnels in Zhejiang colleges and universities from the following aspects: work performance after returning home, satisfication of profession, and adaptation of profession, etc. The result shows that the returned oversea personnels plays the important role in teaching and research of colleges and universities; o- versea personnels has the lowest satisfication at income and houses, and has the highest satisfication at rela- tionship between colleagues and their own work ; in the adaptation of profession, different people has different difficulties and views. The paper in view of the above proposes the countermeasures.
