摘要
作为当今学科活力最强、发展速度最快的学科之一,生态学人才需求强劲,但在人才培养中存在若干问题:(1)现有人才培养体系滞后于快速发展的学科;(2)单一培养模式难以适应多元化的社会需求;(3)庞大的学科体系与有限教学资源间存在矛盾。在本科教学阶段采用"3+1"、"2+2"等两段式培养模式可以有针对性地解决上述问题,是培养"宽口径、厚基础、复合型、高素质"人才的有效途径,可以较好满足社会对于生态学既重应用又重学术的人才要求。在实施两段式教学过程中,建议:(1)拓宽口径,加强课程体系建设;(2)建设多样化教学平台,在教学环节中充分体现教学目标;(3)突出院校和专业特色,充分利用各种资源。
As one of the most dynamic and fastest growing disciplines, ecology requires a lot of talents. However, there are a number of problems about personnel training, including the following : ( 1 ) the existing personnel training system lags behind the rapid development of this discipline ; ( 2)the single training mode is difficult to adapt to a wide range of social needs ; ( 3 )there is contradiction between the huge system of disci- pline and limited teaching resources. The two - stage training mode such as " 3 + 1" and " 2 + 2" can be tar- geted to resolve these issues during undergraduate teaching. This mode is an effective way to train the " Wide Caliber, Thick Foundation, Compound and High Quality" talents, can train both application and academic personnel , and then can better meet the social requirements. In order to implement the two - stage teaching procedure, we suggest: ( 1 ) widening the caliber, and strengthening the construction of curriculum system; (2) building diversified teaching platform, highlighting the features of the colleges and and fully reflecting the teaching objectives in the professions, and making full use of resources. teaching; ( 3 )
