亮度调制无扫描激光三维成像距离精度分析 被引量:2

摘要 亮度调制无扫描激光三维成像系统中,采用脉冲激光器作为照明光源,ICCD面阵接收,对ICCD中像增强器进行恒定增益和线性增大增益调制,通过两次得到的CCD图像灰度值反演出目标距离信息。这种方式成像效率高、不需要扫描装置。对影响亮度调制无扫描激光三维系统中成像距离分辨率的因素进行分析,并提出可行的办法。 The scannerless 3D laser image system uses the pulse laser to illuminate a target,two intensified charge-coupled devices are used as the detectors which are modulated with linear gain and constant gain.The target range is extracted by processing the two intensity images.The approach is efficient and don′t need scan mechanism.We analyze the factors that affect the range accuracy of such system.Improving solutions are proposed.
