Employment ability of higher vocational students, in fact, is an integrated embodiment of core competence and professional skills. Higher education, the cultivation of professional skills tend to be more valued and professional core abilities tend to be ignored. To solve the problem of employment, promote college students＇ professional core abilities is one of the effective ways. This article has put forward strategies on promoting measures through analysis on student professional core competence.
