摘要
从激励理论入手,分析了高职院校辅导员与班主任队伍在薪酬结构、工作条件、评价考核方式、职业培训机会等激励机制的不足,提出了注重培养专业化、职业化辅导员与班主任队伍、通过灵活多样的激励方式调动他们的工作积极性、建立全方位的绩效考核体系以及正确处理好激励中的几个关键问题等具体的优化对策。
Based on motivation theories, this article has analyzed the problems in salary structure, work condition, evaluation, professional training among instructors and class advisers in higher vocational colleges. It has suggested optimizing methods on cultivating professional skills, professional instructors, building up work incentives of the advisers and instructors and all-around evaluation system.
