摘要
探讨纱线检验抽样与测试中存在的问题及解决途径。通过试验分析发现,同一批纱线不同样本数量及测试次数的试验结果存在差异;同一批纱线管纱与筒纱的试验结果存在差异。认为:抽样检验中抽样程序是否科学规范,所抽样本是否有代表性,直接影响对检验评估或推断的准确性和有效性。应以最后成品为抽样对象,以批产品的离散性确定抽样数量,独立随机地抽取样品,合理设置测试次数,以提高纱线抽样检验结果的准确性。
Problems and solutions in yarn inspection sampling and test were discussed. It is found out by test that the result of different samples number and test times for same lot number yarns is different. The test results are different for same lot number bobbin yarn and core yarn. It is considered that accuracy and effectiveness of testing evaluation or inference are effeeted directly by sampling procedure scientificity and sample representativeness. Final product should be selected as sampling object, samples number should be decided by discreteness of lot nmnber product. Accuracy of yarn sample test result can be increased by taking samples independently and randomly, selecting test time rationally.
