特细号竹浆纤维混纺纱的开发

Development of Super Fine Bamboo Fiber Blended Yarn

探讨特细号竹浆纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺。根据成纱质量要求,选择纤维细度较细的原料,针对竹浆纤维的性能特点,制定纺纱工艺,优选纺专器材。各工序采取低速工艺,合理选择粗纱定量及捻系数、适宜的钢丝圈质量及更换周期,络筒工序控制好长细节参数等,最终成功纺制出竹浆纤维/棉60/40 4.9 tex赛络纱,其质量满足了喷气织造用纱的要求。

Spinning processing of super fine bamboo fiber blended yarn was discussed. According to yarn quality demand, lower lirlear density fiber was selected as raw material. According to bamboo fiber property, spinning processing and equipment were optimized. Lower speed was adopted in each process, weight per 10 m, twist factor, ring traveler quality and its use cycle were selected rationally. Parameter of long thin places in winding process was controlled well. Finally bamboo fiber/cotton 60/40 4.9 rex siro yarn can be spun successfully, the yarn quality can reach air jet loom de-mands.
