摘要
为开发高密轻质锦纶面料,对其生产技术要点和工艺参数的确定进行了探讨。上机张力在满足工艺要求情况下宜小而匀;浆纱时使用锦纶专用浆料,以增强减磨为主,上浆率在13%;并经时注意各浆轴的退解张力一致;织造时使用塑胶综丝,减少开口量。通过以上工艺措施的实施,织造效率达到92%以上,下机一等品率达到85%,满足了质量要求。
To develop high density nylon filament fabric,the key technology points and processing parameter were discussed. Loom tension should be less and evener in condition of reaching processing demands. Special nylon size mix- ture should be adopted to increase yarn wear-resistance, the sizing percentage should be 13%. Tensions of each beam should be uniform in re-beaming. Plastic heald should be adopted and shed amount should be less. After adopting the a- bove measures, loom efficiency can be reached above 92% , the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 85% ,the quality demand can be reached.
