银系纤维性能及应用

Property and Application of Silver-based Fiber

论述目前银系纤维的制备方法、主要性能及应用情况。介绍了金属银纤维、镀银纤维、载体银纤维的制备方法及各自优缺点,总结了银系纤维所具有的功能性以及应用情况。指出:银系纤维具有良好的抗菌、导电、导热、防辐射、电磁屏蔽功能,且其安全性好,广泛适用于纺织服装领域。认为:不同方法制成的银系纤维在物理、机械与化学性能上具有较大差别,纺织企业应综合考虑产品用途和成本进行合理使用。

Preparation methods, main properties and applications of current silver-based fiber were discussed. Preparation methods and advantages ＆ disadvantages of metallic silver fiber, silver plated fiber and carrier silver fiber were introduced. Functions and applications of silver-based fiber were summarized. It is pointed out that property of sil- ver-based fiber is better, such as antibacterial, electric conduction, heat condction, security, radiation protection and elec- tromagnetic shielding can be used in textile ＆ garment widely. It is considered that properties of silver-based fiber made by different methods are different in physical, mechanical and chemical. It should be used rationally according to use and cost for textile enterprises.
