摘要
通过多种方法调查研究,分析影响跨栏跑中学生惧怕心理的因素,同时提出了相应的解决方法,为我国青少年跨栏教学的技术水平的提高提供了理论依据。
This paper makes an analysis of the countermeasures for overcoming the fear of hurdles in hurdle teaching. It also provides the theoretical basis for the teaching of adolescents in China.
