胱抑素C的生物学功能及其在肾脏病中的应用现状 被引量:4

摘要 近年来研究显示胱抑素(CysC)是评价肾小球滤过功能的理想内源性标志物,其血液浓度稳定,影响因素少,灵敏度高,易于检测,可以在肾小球滤过率轻度降低时即可升高,较其他内源性指标敏感,在评价各类肾脏疾病肾功能损害程度方面有很好的临床价值,现作一综述。
