子母钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨子母钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的方法和效果。方法 2008年6月~2011年9月选用子母钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折8例。按AO分型:A2型1例、A3型4例、B3型2例、C2型1例。结果随访5~18个月,骨折均一期愈合,未发生内固定松动断裂等并发症,骨折愈合率达100%,功能评定按膝关节功能评分。结论子母钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折具有较好的适应性,可克服单一钢板,特别是内侧骨质缺损的不稳定性,能达到术后早期功能锻炼要求,疗效较好。
