桡骨远端骨折65例临床治疗分析

目的探讨各种针对桡骨远端骨折的治疗方法。方法随机选取2009年6月～2011年6月东莞市寮步医院收治的65例桡骨远端骨折患者,依据AO分型分成A、B、C3种类型,分别进行闭合手法复位小夹板外固定法、切开复位T形钢板法、石膏外固定法以及克氏针内固定法上述4种方法给予固定,并联合骨折复位和中药配合治疗,对其治疗功能予以评价。结果对65例患者治疗后进行6～22个月的随访,平均9个月。其中保守治疗组中29例关节面平整,11例依然有轻度的不平整移位,其中优25例、良9例、可6例,优良率达85%。手术组的25例患者桡骨轴没有缩短,关节面平整。其中优16例、良7例、可2例,优良率达92%。结论虽然对桡骨远端骨折进行传统的手法复位外固定有一定成效,但大多适用于稳定的关节外骨折类型,而对关节面的移位骨折,则需要进行有效地手术治疗。

Objective To research explore a variety of methods for the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods From June 2009 to June 2011,65 patients with distal radius fracture patients,according to AO classification type as A,B,C are three types were closed manipulative reduction and small splints law, cut reset T-shaped plate,plaster external fixation and Kirschner wire fixation method of the four methods give fixed and joint fractures and traditional Chinese medicine with the treatment to be evaluated in its treatment of functional.Results 65 cases of patients after the follow-up time of 6 to 22 months,an average of 9 months. 29 cases of articular surface in the conservative treatment group, 11 cases remained mild unevenness shift. Excellent in 25 cases,good in 9 cases,6 cases,excellent rate of 85%. 25 cases of patients in the surgical group radial shaft shortened articular surface. Excellent in 16 cases,good in 7 cases,2 cases,excellent rate can reach 92%.Conclusion Although the distal radial fracture the traditional manipulative reduction and external fixation to a certain extent,but this mostly applies to the stable-articular fracture type,displaced fracture of the articular surface,the need for surgical treatment can still be effective.
