全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的效果观察

目的观察全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的干预效果。方法选取2011年6月～2012年6月在神经外科行手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上加入系统、细致的全面护理。比较两组患者术后肺部感染的发生率及平均住院时间。结果试验组患者肺部感染、误吸、低氧血症人数及平均住院时间经比较均少于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论应针对不同患者,分析相关危险因素,采取对应的护理。全面护理能有效干预神经外科重症患者术后肺部感染的发生,加速患者术后康复,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Observation comprehensive nursing prevent nerve surgery in patients with severe pulmonary infection intervention effect. Methods Select from June 2011 to June 2012,100 cases patients in our hospital had went under th knife of neurosurgical procedures.RandomLy divided into experimental group and control group, each group of the 50 cases.The comparison group used the routine nursing.The experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing care to join system, detailed comprehensive nursing.Compared between the two groups patients postoperative lung infection and the incidence of average hospital stay.Results The experimental group patients with pulmonary infection, aspiration, of hypoxemia number and average length of stay by the relatively less than that of the control group, P 〈0.05 statistically significant difference. Conclusion For different patients,We should analyze the related risk factors and Take the corresponding nursing.Comprehensive care can effectively intervene in the neurosurgical intensive postoperative pulmonary infection occurred, accelerated postoperative rehabilitation, worthy of clinical use.
