口腔炎喷剂治疗儿童手足口病口腔溃疡的疗效观察

目的探讨口腔炎喷剂治疗儿童手足口病口腔溃疡的疗效。方法收集2010年11月～2012年11月108例手足口(普通)病例,上述患儿均出现不同程度口腔溃疡,其中56例接受病毒唑、维生素C、蒙脱石散等常规治疗,另52例在接受常规治疗基础上加用了口腔炎喷剂治疗,追踪并记录上述患者治疗的全过程,通过观察和分析记录两组的疗效及症状改善情况。结果实施常规治疗的52例患者的临床症状缓解率为91%,实施常规治疗加口腔炎喷剂治疗的56例患者的临床症状缓解率为61.5%,两组治疗方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔炎喷剂佐治小儿手足口病口腔溃疡,有利于改善症状,缩短病程,加快口腔疱疹、溃疡愈合,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kouqiangyan Spray in combination treatment with children suffer from hand, foot and mouth disease＇s oral cavity ulcer. Methods Choose 108 cases admitted to our hospital from November 2010 to November 2012 of hand- foot-mouth disease＇s oral cavity ulcer children for the study. They were randomLy divided into two groups namely the treatment group and the control group. The control group treated by regular treatment （ n= 52 ） and the control group treated on the basis treatment with Kouqiangyan Spray （ n =56）. The effect to relieve oral pain and adverse reaction were observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 91% and in the control group was 61.5%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, two group the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of Kouqiangyan Spray in combination with regular treatment, the exact effect of hand, foot and mouth disease, a low incidence of adverse reactions, and worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
