聚乙烯亚胺改性笼型介孔分子筛的制备、表征及其对二氧化碳的吸附行为 被引量:5

摘要 利用物理浸渍方法制备了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)修饰的FDU-12笼型介孔二氧化硅分子筛,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、小角X-射线散射(SAXS)、热失重分析(TGA)、元素分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和氮气吸附等温实验等方法对其结构进行表征。研究了PEI的引入对二氧化碳吸附性能的影响,发现由于PEI发生聚集堵塞孔口,实际上引起了二氧化碳吸附活性位点的减少,所以其在常温常压下对二氧化碳的吸附能力没有提高,反而明显降低。 Polyethylenimine-rnodified cage-like mesoporous silica of FDU-12 has been synthesized by impregnation and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, small angle X-ray scatter (SAXS), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), element analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nitrogen sorption isotherm. A comparison of CO2 uptake between modified and unmodified FDU 12 showed that the presence of PEI did not improve the CO2 adsorption efficiency due to the increased diffusion resistance.
