摘要
构建了联盟企业间关系治理行为、信任与合作绩效三者间的关系模型并提出相关假设,通过实证研究验证了联盟企业间关系治理行为对合作绩效存在着不同程度的影响,以及信任在两者关系之间起到的中介作用。
This paper forms the relational model of relationship governance, trust and the cooperation performance, and then proposes the assumptions based on the model above. After that, the different impacts of relationship governance on coopera- tion performance as well as the intermediation of trust between relationship governance and the cooperation performance have been confirmed by the empirical research.
