基于PISO有源箝位电流型半桥的1V输入48V输出200W模块设计

摘要 为了满足能馈电子负载对直流升压变换器低压大电流输入、高增益和输入电流纹波小的要求,提出了输入并联输出串联(PISO)有源箝位电流型半桥电路。该变换器以有源箝位电流型半桥电路为基本单元,具有所有开关管可零电压开通和控制简单的优点。分析了该电路的工作原理,给出了变压器漏感的设计。针对恒流输入的要求,给出了基于dsPIC33FJ16GS504的输入电流恒流控制设计方法。最后,设计制作了一台1V输入、48V输出200W实验样机。实验结果表明,该电路适用于低压大电流输入的能馈电子负载。 An active clamping current-fed half-bridge converter with input parallel and output series was proposed to satisfy low input voltage, large input current, small input current ripple and high-gain requirements of energy feedback electronic load system. The proposed converter was based on the active clamping current-fed half-bridge circuit, all switches of the converter can achieve ZVS at the turn-on instant and the control is very simple. The working principle of the circuit was analyzed and the leakage inductance of the transformer was designed. Aiming at the demand of constant input current, design of constant current control based on dsPIC33FJ16GS504 was introduced. Finally, a 1V-input 48V-output 200W prototype was built. Experiment result shows that the proposed converter is adequate for energy feedback electronic load system with input of low-voltage and large-current.
