基于计算模态的集装箱正面吊动力总成支架优化与试验

摘要 以集装箱正面吊动力总成支架为对象,运用模态分析的手段进行了振动分析,提出了动力总成支架振动设计准则,为其他产品的动力总成支架设计提供了依据。根据该振动设计准则对动力总成支架进行了优化,并试制了试验样车,对其振动性能进行了测试。结果表明:利用所提出的设计准则优化动力总成支架,悬置系统的隔振性能得到了明显的提升,支架振动明显减弱,验证了该设计准则实用、可行。 With the power assembly support of container reach stacker as an object,the vibration analysis is performed by means of mode analysis.The vibration design principle of the power assembly support is put forward to provide basis for design of power assembly supports of other products.Based on the design principle3,the power assembly support is optimized,with the trial-produced sample car for the purpose of testing its vibration property.The result shows that,after the power assembly support is optimized based on the proposed design principle,the vibration-isolation performance of suspension system has significantly improved and vibration of the support has clearly reduced,which indicates that the design principle is practical and feasible.
