摘要
为有效防治林蛙"红腿病",试验以林蛙"红腿病"病料中分离的嗜水气单胞菌为菌株,选择21种常用抗生素,通过药敏试验、最低抑菌浓度试验(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度试验(MBC)及其杀菌时间的测定,检测其对林蛙嗜水气单胞菌的抑制效果。药敏试验结果表明,林蛙嗜水气单胞菌对21种常用抗生素呈不同程度的敏感性。MIC试验和MBC试验及其杀菌时间的测定结果表明,氟哌酸的最低抑菌浓度为1μg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为2μg/mL,杀菌时间为0.5h;氯霉素的最低抑菌浓度为8μg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为16μg/mL,杀菌时间为4h。
For the effective prevention and treatment of forest frog"Red leg disease ",the strains Drug sen- sitivity test showed that Rana Aeromonas hydrophila to 21 kinds of commonly used antibiotics showed different degrees of sensitivity. MIC test, MBC test that the minimum inhibitory concentration was 1μg/ mL, minimum bactericidal concentration was 2 μg/mL, sterilization time was 0.5 h; chloramphenicol mini- mum inhibitory concentration was 8 μg/mL,minimum bactericidal concentration was 16 μg/mL, sterilization time.
