摘要 数控加工低碳制造正越来越受到重视,但其准确有效的定量分析及实现方法一直是低碳制造研究和工业应用的瓶颈。综合考虑数控铣削过程中涉及的能源、资源、废物,分析了切削加工过程碳排放的影响因素,明确了相互间的关联关系,揭示了加工中碳足迹的本质。通过对铣床耗能、破损刀具等废弃物量的计算,建立ERWC碳排放模型,并以Visual Basic 6.0和SQL Server 2008为开发工具编制软件,从数控程序文件中提取加工信息,可以预测某数控加工工序产生的碳排放量。 This paper considers the energy resources and waste which are related to and analyzes the influence factors of carbon di- oxide emission during milling processes. It also establishes the ERWC model according to the electric consumption of NC milling tool, tool wear and other waste and constructs their relationship. Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2008 is used to edit the routine and ERWC model is taken as calculation model, it is convenient and quick to predict the carbon dioxide emission of certain NC process.
