摘要
根据车铣复合加工中心误差特性,运用多体系统运动学理论和齐次变换矩阵,建立了车铣复合加工中心空间综合误差模型。利用激光干涉仪测量机床空间误差参数并进行辨识。采用了数控指令的软件误差补偿方法对机床进行误差补偿。
According to the error characteristics of millturn CNC machining center,this paper utilizes the multi axis kinematics and homogeneous transform matrices for developing the volumetric error model of the machining center. After establishing the synthetic volumetric error model for machineing tool,the laser interferometer is used to measure and evaluate its error parameters. Finally, the machining accuracy is improved by the use of the numerical control instruction method.
