摘要
模具内腔抛光是模具加工的瓶颈,为了解决手持式超声抛光机低效率、加工品质不容易保证的问题,拟采用可以更换不同成形工具头的自动超声抛光设备,这就需要研究加上不同工具头后对超声变幅杆的影响。基于变幅杆设计理论和有限元分析技术,深入研究了加上成形工具头后整个变幅杆的纵振频率的变化情况,研究结果表明小型成形工具头对于整个变幅杆的纵振频率的影响可以忽略不计。
The mold cavity polishing is the bottleneck of the mold finishing. In order to solve the low efficiency and processing quality not easy to be guaranteed by the hand-held ultrasonic polishing machine, the automatic ultrasonic polishing equipment should be used.For this,this paper researches on the influence of the different shape tools on the ultrasonic horn and the longitudinal vibration frequency change of different shaped too~ coupled with the entire horn based on horn design theory and finite element analysis tech- niques. The results show that the longitudinal vibration frequency change of the horn with small shaped tool can be ignored.
