摘要
针对超薄塑料薄膜生产工艺在收卷过程中速度不稳产生的表面疵点类型进行分析研究,提出了利用图像处理与识别技术对薄膜表面疵点进行检测,进而诊断出设备故障原因。实验验证表明,在实现对薄膜生产设备故障进行诊断的同时又可以对薄膜表面外观品质进行检测,可为中小型企业节省生产成本提供技术支持。
On unstable speed feature of ultra-thin plastic film production process, this paper makes a research on the plastic film de- fect types, and puts forward a method of the film surface defect detection by using image processing and recognition technology, which is validated by experiment. The result shows that the method is used to diagnose the film production equipment faults and de- tect the quality of film surface appearance at the same time. It provides the technical supports for reducing production costs of small and medium enterprises.
