摘要
针对传统正弦规测量大角度不精确的问题,提出了一种新的解决思路及根据对称角度法利用正弦规测量大角度的新方法,并进行了详细的原理阐述和新老方法的实际对比测量,通过数据分析和对比,验证了新方法测量大角度的有效性,同时也指出了新方法的局限性。提出的正弦规测量大角度新方法拓展了正弦规的测量范围,对角度的测量有一定的实际指导意义。
According to the measuring in accuray problem of traditional sine bars measuring wide-angle, the paper proposes a new train of thought and a new method for measuring wide-angle with sine bars and introduces the particular theory and comparison measurement between new and traditional methods. The new method＇ s validity is verified, and its limitations is also pointed out. This method is used to expand sine bar＇ s measuring range. It is of guide significance for measuring some angles.
