摘要
可视化三菱e-f@ctory自动生产线是集机械设计、气动驱动、液压控制、多种传感器控制技术、机器人、数控、PLC控制、物流管理、伺服驱动以及CC-LINK现场总线技术于一体的,以采用三菱电动机控制系统为基础的机电综合实验实训设备。介绍了可视化三菱e-f@ctory自动生产线组成以及如何用于一系列机电一体化实验教学,全方位培养工科院校学生机械设计能力及机电类专业学生机电综合的应用能力,使学生成为合格的集机械与电子技术于一身的创新型人才。
Visual Mitsubishi e-f@ ctory automatic production line consists of electromechanical experiment and practical equipment with Mitsubishi electromechanical control system which is integrated mechanical design, pneumatic ddve, hydraulic control, multiple sensors control technology, robot, CNC, PLC control, logistics management, servo drive and CC-LINK field bus type technology in- to. The article introduces the composition of visual Mitsubishi e-f@ ctory automatic production lines and how to be used for Mecha- tronics experiment and practice education. The mechanical design and comprehensive application capabilities of engineering students are trained, so that the students become qualified ones with mechanical and electronic technology.
