摘要
在全民健身的背景下,现代都市人常常因为没有足够的时间、运动场地的限制、担心运动造成的运动伤害等原因,影响着人们参与体育锻炼的意愿。有氧踏板操是一项简单、易学、又富变化且随时随地可以进行的运动方式,研究表明:踏板操练习是一种有效的有氧运动,对改善心血管功能有一定帮助。有氧踏板操提高肌肉力量方面,只有结合阻力练习才能对肌肉力量和肌肉耐力才能有一定改善。
Under the background of national fitness, modern people are not willing to participate m sports exer- cise because of no enough time, sports venues, fear of movement restrictions resulting from sports injuries and oth- er reasons. Step aerobics exercise is a simple, easy to learn, and rich changes whenever and wherever possible and can exercise. The research shows that the step aerobics exercise is an effective aerobic exercise, and has cer- tain help to improve cardiovascular function. Step aerobics exercise improves muscle strength, only combined with resistance exercise on muscle strength, the muscular endurance can be improved.
