摘要
结合社会体育指导员职业性质及特点,构建了社会体育指导员职业素质结构:道德素质、知识素质、能力素质、职业精神和职业形象。以吕梁市社会体育指导员为例,对其自身职业素质认知现状进行调查,分析指导员职业素质要素并得出结论,为社会体育指导员职业素质的提高提供理论参考依据。
According to the nature and characteristics of social sports instructor occupation, this paper constructs social sports instructor occupation quality structure, moral quality, knowledge quality, ability and quality, occu- pation spirit and occupation image. Taking the social sports instructors in Lvliang city as example, their occupa- tion quality cognition is investigated, the factors of social sports instructors are analyzed. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for social sports instructors' quality improvement.
