本文通过雅克.罗格提出青奥会说起,分析了青奥会的文化主旨,从青少年的文化困惑入手,论述了南京青奥会价值理念与社会责任。并提出南京青奥会文化与教育活动的总体文化要求,以及"南京特色活动"主要内容和实施方法。

This paper, based on Youth Olympic Games put forward by Jacques Rogge, analyzes the Youth Olym- pic cultural theme, discusses value idea and social responsibility of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games from the angle of cultural perplexity in adolescents, and puts forward overall culture requirement of culture and sports activity as well as the main content and implementation of Nanjing special activity.
