农村幼儿教师流失的原因及对策分析——基于需要层次理论的视角

农村幼儿教师流失严重是阻碍农村幼儿教育事业发展的一大因素,依据马斯洛的需要层次理论,农村幼儿教师工资低、福利差、社会地位低、压力大、专业发展机会少,无论是低级需求还是高级需求都不能满足,必然导致其流失。所以,要改善流失的状况,政府必须加大对农村幼儿教育事业的投入,制定最低工资标准,健全管理体制,完善幼儿教师专业发展通道。

The teachers losing of preschool education in rural areas is a serious obstacle to the development of preschool education in rural areas.Based on the Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs,low wage,bad welfare,big pressure,lack the chance of professional development,these can＇t meet the low-level need of the teachers,neither do the senior,so they quit.To improve the condition,the government should add investment to the preschool education in rural areas,make minimum wage standard,perfect the management system and make teacher＇s professional development channel moving.
