甘肃产学研合作绩效影响因素的灰色关联研究

Gray Relevance Analysis on the Influence Factors of University-industry Collaborative Performance in Gansu

以专利授权量、高技术产业总产值作为产学研合作绩效的产出指标,运用灰色关联分析方法,对影响甘肃产学研合作绩效的因素进行分析.结果显示:GDP、R&D经费内部支出、R&D人员全时当量、高等学校专任教师数、高等学校在校学生数对甘肃产学研合作绩效具有正相关作用,其中高等学校专任教师数的影响作用更为明显.因此,重视人才引进和培养,加大科技投入力度,保持甘肃经济的持续稳定增长,这样才能保证甘肃产学研合作绩效快速提高.

Taking the number of granted patents and the gross output of high-tech industry as output indexes,the influence factors of university-industry collaborative performance of Gansu are analyzed by applying gray relevance analysis. The result indicates that GDP, R＆D investment, full-time equivalent of R＆D personnel, full-time college teachers, the total number of college students have a positive correlativity with university-industry collaborative performance of Ganstr Among them, full-time college teachers have the greatest influence. Therefore, we should pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of talents, increase scientific and technical financial input, keep the economy of Gansu grow persistently and healthily in order to enhance the increase of university-industry collaborative performance in Gansu.
