生态文明视域下河北沿海地区湿地农业发展转型研究

Development Transformation of Wetlands Agriculture in Hebei Coastal Areas under Ecological Civilization Perspective

基于生态文明建设视域,分析了河北沿海地区湿地农业发展现状,指出目前存在天然湿地面积逐年减少、抵御自然灾害能力降低、水资源及环境条件恶化、湿地功能发挥受到限制等主要问题,阐释了湿地农业发展转型的必要性,提出实现湿地农业持续发展,必须推动其增长方式向依靠科学技术和科学管理转型,生产方式向依靠基础设施和技术装备转型,经营方式向适度规模经营转型,农产品向多品种、高品质转型,发展方式向多次产业融合转型。

Under ecological civilization perspective, the article analyzed the development status of wetlands agriculture in Hebei costal areas, and pointed out the main existing problems in wetlands agriculture, namely the reduction of natural wetlands areas, lower resistance to natural disasters, the deterioration of water resources and environmental conditions, and the limitation of wetlands function exertion. The necessity of development transformations of wetlands agriculture was explained. It was suggested that realizing wetland agriculture sustainable development required to promote the transformation to relying on science and technology for its growth pattern, the transformation to depending on basic facilities and technology equipments for its production mode, the transformation to moderate lands scale management for its operation method, the transformation to diverse types and good quality for its products, and the transformation to multiple industry integration for its development way.
