摘要
随着就业制度的改革,五年一贯制师范生的就业形势日趋严峻,依据五年一贯制师范生职业指导工作的特点,提升教师素质,加强就业指导队伍建设;更新观念,前移职业指导工作;积极收集资料,为学生提供就业信息;加强引导,拓宽就业渠道;拓展工作途径和方法,实现职业指导全程化,可以提高毕业生的就业率。
With the reform of employment system, the employment situation which the five-year program higher vocational normal college students are facing now is increasingly going worse. Employment rate can be improved by strengthening construction of the team of employment guidance according to the characteristics of the employment guidance work;renewing ideas to forward the employment guidance work;actively collecting materials to provide students with employment information; strengthening guidance to expand employment channels; developing the working approaches to realize the throughout guidance.
