高职旅游教育结构的现状、问题及对策分析——以江苏省为例

Analysis of the present situation,problems and countermeasures of higher vocational tourism education structure——Taking Jiangsu Province for example

针对目前我国高职旅游专业教育结构在专业结构、布局结构、内容结构和形态结构方面存在的问题,为进一步适应旅游行业的快速发展对专业人才的需求,旅游高职教育必须改革并优化教育结构,促进旅游专业教育与旅游经济发展相适应,不断提升人才培养的有效性,保证高职旅游教育的健康发展。

Aiming at the unreasonable major structure, layout structure, content structure and morphological structure in higher vocational tourism education, higher vocational tourism education must reform and optimize the edu- cation structure in order to further adapt to the demand for specialized talents caused by rapid development of the tourism and promote the adaptability between tourism professional education and the tourism economic development. Then the effectiveness of the personnel training can be promoted and healthy development of higher vocational education of tourism is guaranteed.
