摘要
职业技能是指人在职业活动范围内需要掌握的技能,熟练的技能则需要在长期不断的练习和实践中才能获得,而职业技能培训是按照国家职业分类和职业技能标准进行的规范性培训。目前,除大型企业有专门的培训机构对员工进行专业的职业培训外,中小个私企业则由于自身规模和师资的因素,一般依托社会培训机构对员工进行培训。因此,如何加强职业技能培训,不断提高员工技能素质是当前政府、企业和员工共同面临的问题。
Professional skills refer to skills required within professional activities.Proficient skills require long term practice and training.Professional skill training is a standard training carried out in accordance with state profession catalogue and professional skill standard.Nowadays,large enterprises have training departments for training their employees.However,SMEs,restricted by its scale and trainer,usually rely on social institutions for employee training.So how to strengthen professional training and constantly improve employees’ skills is the problem facing government,enterprises and employees.
