摘要
传统的二维测量设备都是人眼通过目镜来读数的,这就不可避免地存在视觉误差。在传统目视万能工具显微镜的基础上,使用光学CCD代替人眼采集图像,增加光栅尺替代原来的投影式读数器,实现了图像与光栅尺数据的计算机自动采集。通过使用图像处理技术,能自动计算得到工件的几何参数。通过对螺纹的测量,证明了万能工具显微镜的图像法测量的可行性和有效性。
The traditional two-dimensional measurement equipment is read through the eyepiece by eyes, which inevitably bring the visual error. Based on the traditional universal tool-microscope, this paper uses the opti- cal equipment CCD to replace human eyes to capture images, and adds the grating to replace the original projective reader, realizing that the images and the grating data are collected automatically by the computer. The geometric parameters of work piece ware calculated automatically by the application of image processing technology. Experi- ments on screw images demonstrate that the image method measurement bases on universal tool-microscope are of feasibility and validity.
