小功率LED灯具实现无散热器化的探索

摘要 目前室内LED灯具散热器普遍采用铝制散热器的方式进行散热,针对此类灯具价格较传统灯具高而无法普及的现象,设计使用"烟囱效应"的PCB结构LED灯具,取消传统散热器。经实验表明,此结构灯具的散热部分散热系数达到62W/(m2·℃),而其散热效果已经达到加装风扇强制对流的效果。 At present, the indoor LED lamp radiator generally uses the aluminum radiator. In view of the price of such lamp is higher than traditional lamps and can not be popularized in the market, PCB structure of LED lamp design uses the "chimney effect" and abolishes the traditional radiator. The experiments show that the structure of lamp heat transfer coefficient heat radiating part of up to 62 W/(m2. ℃), and the heat effect has been achieved with the fan forced convection effect.
