摘要
本文介绍了基于ANSYS可靠性分析的基本原理和方法,用ANSYS软件对加氢反应器裙座支撑区进行了可靠性分析,得出对该容器的可靠度影响较大的因素是工作压力、封头壁厚和封头内半径的结论,为加氢反应器的可靠性设计提供了科学依据。
This paper introduced basic theories and methods of reliability analysis based on ANSYS, the relia- bility analysis of the skirt supporting zone of hydrogenation reactor is carried out by ANSYS software, arrived at the conclusion that the major influence factors of reliability of the container is working pressure, head wall thick- ness and head within radius, provides scientific basis for the reliability design of hydrogenation reactor.
