流通部是图书馆的核心,在整个图书馆的工作中占据着重要的地位。流通部服务质量关系到馆藏文献资源的开发和利用,并影响到整个图书馆的形象和声誉。本文阐述了如何创新服务,加强流通服务队伍建设、服务模式、服务管理、服务内容、服务环境和服务沟通等方面的管理,从而提高读者服务满意度,推进高校图书馆的快速发展。
The circulation department is the central part of university library and plays the important role in the library work. The service quality of the circulation department is not only related with the development and uti- lization of the collections resources but also influences.the image and honor of the total library. The paper illus- trates how to innovate the service and improve the circulation service team construction and other fields such as service mode, service management, service content, service environment and service communication in order to improve the reader satisfactory degree and stimulate the fast development of university library.
