摘要
本文以高校教师为研究对象,旨讨论在高校教师全员聘用制过程中,教师的组织公平感现状及其结构。本研究通过访谈、问卷调查、统计分析的研究方法,得出以下结论:第一,教师的组织公平感是四因素结构,即程序公平、分配公平、领导公平和信息公平;第二,高校教师的组织公平感的总体水平偏低,主要反映在分配公平和程序公平两方面;第三,学校和教师对高校全员聘用制的相关信息在接收和理解上不对等。
The purpose of this study was to examine what is the teachers' perceptions of organizational justice (POJ) and its structure on the system of appointing the over all labors. There are several basic approaches for cod- ing and analyzing data in observation studies of teachers. Based on the study the results consistently showed that: Firstly, both the exploration and confirmatory factor analysis clarified the four-dimension-structure of organization- aljustice: process, distributive, interactive and informational justice. Secondly, the scores of the teachers' POJ was lower, especially reflecting on the distributive and procedural justice. Finally, there are some difference between teachers and managers on the system of appointing the over all labors.
