独立学院青年教师激励机制探析——以武昌工学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 在独立学院的师资队伍中,自有的青年教师目前已经替代兼职教师成为独立学院教师队伍的主体。这在数量上保证了独立学院的正常运转,也给独立学院的发展注入了新鲜血液。但目前独立学院自有青年教师的处境也令人担忧,对青年教师进行有效的激励,提高其工作积极性迫在眉睫。本文从独立学院青年教师激励的意义、现状、激励措施等层面对这一问题进行了初步的探讨。 In the teacher team in colleges, young teachers have taken the place of part-time teachers, they have become the major part of teachers. This ensures the normal operation of the independent college in quantity, and has provided fresh blood to the development of independent institute. But at present its own independent institute young teachers are also worrying, effective incentive for young teachers to improve their working enthusiasm is needed. But the situation of these persons is worrying. It is extremely urgent to make effective incentive for young teachers and improve their work enthusiasm. The article has carded on the preliminary discussion about the signifi- cance, status quo and measures of encouraging young teachers in independent institute.
