高职院校与企业“内置式”人才培养合作模式的探索与构建

摘要 校企合作是当前高职院校职业教育改革和发展的重点和难点。主要原因在于校企双方相互了解不够;合作层面较为传统、粗浅,尚未形成有效模式;企业参与校企合作的动力不足,学校热,企业冷。推进校企合作深入发展,高职院校应从建立"内置式"人才培养模式入手,将企业资源直接引入校内,即将企业的岗前培训直接植入教学计划,共同出资在校园内开设冠名企业实体店/模拟店或实习工厂,在校内合作开设冠名虚拟班或实体班(订单班)等与企业合作开设冠名班等。建立"内置式"人才培养模式,要找准合作的利益共同点,建立健全制度保障机制,明确三方的权利和义务,制定各种考核评估标准,从而保证合作有效持续的进行。 School-enterprise cooperation now is the reform and development focus and difficulty in vocational education of higher voca- tional colleges. The main reasons are that schools and enterprises do not understand each other, that the cooperations are traditional and simple without an effective mode, and that enterprises are lack of motivation to participate in school-enterprise cooperation with schools being hot, enterprises being cold. In order to promote in-depth cooperation, vocational colleges should create a buih-in training mode and introduce directly enterprise resource into the colleges. In other words, pre-service training will be implanted directly into teaching pro- grams; co-funded physical and analog stores or school-based factories will be built and named after the cooperative companies; named classes like virtual or entity classes (ordered classes ) will be set up with the cooperation of the enterprises. In order to ensure effective and continuous cooperation, schools and enterprises should establish a built-in personnel training mode; identify the common interests of co- operation; perfect a system safeguard mechanism; define the fights and obligations among schools, enterprises and students; and draw up examination and evaluation standards.
