摘要 目的了解90后高职院校学生心理健康状况并提出相应对策。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和大学生人格健康问卷(UPI)对4540名高职院校学生的心理键康状况进行问卷调查。结果高职院校学生心理健康状况总体良好。17.87%的新生心理健康状况很差,属于一类重点关注人员;32.21%的新生心理健康状况较差,属于二类次重点关注人员。结论应给予高职院校大学生心理健康更多的关注,加强相关研究,改进教育的方法和途径,提高教育的针对性和实效性。 Objective To investigate the mental health status of higher vocational college students who were born after 1990 (post-90s) and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods 4540 higher vocational students were investigated with symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and university personality inventory questionnaire (UPI) to evaluate their mental health conditions. Results Mental health conditions of the higher vocational students were well generally. 17.87% of the students suffered a poor mental health status, they should be given most focus (Class-l). 32.21% of students suffered a relatively poor mental health status, they should be given focus (Class-2). Conclusion More attention should be paid on the mental health of the higher vocational college students. Further more, the relevant research should be strengthened, the methods and ways of teaching should be improved, in order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the education.
