摘要
随着医学信息技术的发展,医学教学模式正在逐步转变。因此,如何应用医学信息技术做好青年肾脏移植医师的临床培训工作是移植工作的一个重点。首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院泌尿外科针对青年医师的带教,应用中国肾移植科学登记系统(CSRKT)制订了相应培训计划,完善了青年医师在临床资料保存、理论知识学习等方面的工作。
With the development of medical information technology, the medical teaching mode has been transforming step by step. Therefore, it is important to explore that how to train young doctors who are engaging in kidney trans- plantation by using medical information technology. Department of urology in Beijing friendship hospital affiliated to capital medical university set down the relative training plan by using CSRKT and it helps the reservation of clinical data, study of speculative knowledge and so on.
