摘要
中国推行DRGs遇到诊疗收费标准难以制定,正向的诊断分类难以精确,临床操作难以成本核算,医保、医疗机构缺乏积极性等技术和管理难题。解决的路径是克服体制障碍、法制和能力缺陷,攻克技术难题。
To implement DRGs in China is facing the following challenges： the diagnosis ＆ treat charge criterion, exactitude diagnose classes, the cost in the clinic operation, no positivity and enough technology from hospitals, doctors and staff from the medicare insurance agency. Therefore we have to fine good solution on legal, system and capacity bug on order to solve the technic problem.
