2012年,天津市基本医疗保险预算管理效果明显。医疗机构申请医保支付总额同比增长12.2%,涨幅比2011年下降11.5个百分点。其中,住院申请支付比2011年增长9.8%,涨幅比2011年下降2.4个百分点;门诊申请支付比2011年增长13.8%,涨幅比2011年下降18.9个百分点。
