摘要
通过构建适合的二元Copula函数模型,基于葡萄酒理化指标和专家评价关系,探索简单易行的葡萄酒定级方法。通过实例分析证明,Copula函数能够用于葡萄酒理化指标和专家评价关系的分析,尤其对尾部相关性的描述为葡萄酒质量辨别提供了新方法,为葡萄酒定级研究提出了新思路。
A simple and practicable method for wine classification has been explored through the construction of suitable binary Copula function models based on the relations between wine physical and chemical indicators and expert's evaluation. Case analysis proved that Copula function could be used for the analysis of the relations between wine physical and chemical indicators and expert's evaluation. Especially, the description of tail dependence provided a new method for the discrimination of wine quality and a new approach for the research on wine classification.
