摘要
对固态白酒丢糟中主要成分进行分析,从含量和分解难易程度方面综合考虑,针对白酒丢糟的降解以选定的微生物对丢糟进行处理。对发酵过程中酒糟的pH值、腐植酸E4/E6值、铵态氮含量以及有机质(Q值)进行测定,以及发酵达腐熟的酒糟进行了植物毒性试验。根据微生物在白酒丢糟中的生长情况以及降酸效果,结合腐熟度的化学指标与生物学指标,最终确定烟曲霉为预处理酒糟微生物。
The main components of distiller's grains of liquor by solid fermentation were analyzed and then it was pretreated by microbial femaentation with selected microbes, pH value, humic acid E4/E6 value, ammonium nitrogen content, organic matter content (Q) were measured during microbial fermentation process. And plant toxicity test was done for rotten distiller's grains. Through the comparison of the growth conditions and the acid-reducing capacity of all microbes and through the evaluation of the chemical and biological indexes of rotten distiller's grains, Aspergillus fumigatus was finally determined as the strain for the pretreatment of distillers' grains.
